Do any of these resonate with you?

– feeling upset or depressed

– feeling anxious, stressed and overwhelmed

– feeling trapped and misunderstood

– feeling lost, confused and don’t know which way to turn

You have come to the right place.

Life can be stressful and scary. We all struggle at times and it's completely normal.

The good news is that you don’t have to face this feeling all alone.

My name is Mareile Bowditch and I offer counselling services to women experiencing feelings of anxiety, stress, depression, loss and isolation.

HOW I CAN HELP YOU

Your story matters and I am here to listen to whatever you have to say – in a calm and safe environment where we can work together in a respectful, open and trusting relationship, exploring whatever issues you are experiencing. This can be indoors or outdoors, depending on which environment best suits your needs. Working at your pace, I will listen, support and offer you the space to express yourself openly and honestly. I will help you feel less stressed and anxious and more able to cope with whatever issues are challenging you right now. Your mental health will improve and you will become more empowered so that you feel more in control to make decisions that are right for you.

HOW COUNSELLING CAN HELP YOU

Life can be stressful and challenging, especially when we have to be everything to everybody, cope with difficult relationships, experience depression, anxiety or panic, isolation, illness, redundancy or any other issues that may affect our wellbeing. Developing a trusting, therapeutic relationship with a counsellor can help you find the tools and strategies required to help with these types of issues and gain a greater understanding of who you are.

GETTING STARTED

Starting counselling can feel overwhelming but you can just contact me and find out how this might help you with no obligation to book sessions. You’ll find you’ll be on your counselling journey in no time, at your pace and without added stress.

Telephone, text or email me to set up an initial session where we will talk about you and what you want to get out of counselling.

If you are happy to continue – we will set up a second session together and then arrange for future weekly/fortnightly sessions if you are still happy to continue. It is entirely up to you for how long you want to work together and which of my therapies you wish to use.

Opening Times

Monday to Friday

10am – 6pm

Counselling can be on a short-term, time limited and open-ended basis.
